According to Apartment Therapy, the property is of epic proportions – both in price and size – and was previously rented by Beyoncé and Jay Z in 2012. And here’s another shocker… it cost them around $400,000 USD (543,000 NZD) per month. The 11-acre property, known as the Sandcastle, is up for sale as the current owner is looking to “downsize”. Understandably, 11-acres is a lot of space… but still, we wouldn’t complain.

The extensive property includes 15 bedrooms for those 15 guests you’re having to stay (or if you simply want to sleep in a different room every day for a fortnight because why not?) And if you run out of space for all your guests in the main living quarters or simply need your own space from everyone, there’s even a separate guest house.
In terms of entertainment, you’ve got an indoor bowling alley, two swimming pools, indoor basketball court, baseball field, tennis court, sunken hot tub, indoor skating ramp, media room, indoor spa, steam room, gym, indoor movie room and a rock climbing wall. Essentially you’re never going to have an excuse to be bored at this house.
