The woman responsible for honing and toning the bodies of models such as fellow Kiwi Georgia Fowler, New York-based Kirsty is a walking inspiration. Not only is her approach to life super motivational (“every day you can get up and move your body is a privilege” is one of her mantras we live by), but she always looks flawless – even when she sweats. To put the new line of athletic-inspired, high-performance skincare and makeup to the test, 50 Miss FQ readers were put through an exclusive and rigorous boot camp Kirsty Godso-style. This meant a range of ‘hot sauce’ burpees (her trademark) as well as other full-on HIIT moves. Heartbeats were maxed, breath was non-existent and sweat was guaranteed. As for Kirsty’s face?
