Lauren Conrad's $4.9m Beverly Hills condo is up for sale

Before and after: Lauren Conrad’s $4.9m renovated Beverly Hills condo

30 November 2015

These renovation photos will blow your mind.

Lauren Conrad has put her Beverly Hills condo on the market for US $3.2 million (NZD $4.9 million). The reality TV star bought the two-story penthouse apartment in 2012 for $1.35 million and proceeded to fully renovate the property, taking it “down to the studs” and completely reconfiguring the home from the inside out.

As you can see from the ‘before’ photos, it was not exactly Hollywood starlet-ready. But the complete overhaul – which included installing new plumbing and electrical as well as new custom cabinetry in the kitchen, adding a “20 foot reclaimed brick wall” to the living room and alterations to the spiral staircase – has the two-bedroom property looking like a completely different home.

Finishing touches such as the sunny yellow breakfast bar, large walk-in wardrobe, white marble stone benchtops and a freestanding bathtub, have 29-year-old Lauren’s name written all over them.

The changes have to be seen to be believed – flick through the before and afters in our gallery above.
