Food shopping can be tricky at the best of times.

But then factor in health and nutrition and the chore becomes a whole other beast. ‘What do I eat?’, ‘When do I eat?’ and ‘Whose nutritional advice should I listen to?’ are all thoughts that run through our minds as we stare mystified at a range of ingredients and nutrition information while at the supermarket.

But stress not sister, the good news is that American nutritionist Dr. Charles Passler is here to help with all our nutrition woes, diet-based questions and all-round food fears by cutting out the confusion surrounding daily diets and consumption fads.

“It’s more about what you eat and how much you eat that creates positive health and weight loss results,” says Dr. Passler in a chat with The Newsette. And it is with that thought that the nutritionist revealed to the publication a master list of healthy foods we should all focus our diet around.
