We live in the digital age so most of us have heard how blue light from our devices can upset our sleep cycles and circadian rhythms. But what about our skin?
Experts are now saying it’s not enough to wear sunscreen each day to protect us from UVA and UVB rays—we should also be protecting our skin from the effects of blue light from our computers and phones. Blue light exposure can lead to a whole host of issues—pigmentation, wrinkles, redness, and dullness—in short, it’s a fast-track route to premature aging.
