Learn how Jeremy Scott conceived the outfits for Katy Perry's performance.

Katy Perry was the centre of attention at the Super Bowl, as were the many outfit changes she made during her half-time show.

Moschino designer Jeremy Scott was the mastermind behind the costumes, which she individually revealed and concealed throughout the performance.

Perry performed ‘Roar’ first in a flame-covered two-piece, which she then took off to reveal a beach ball-inspired costume for ‘California Girls’. For her duo with Missy Elliot, Scott created a sporty, blinged-out hoodie which was then ripped off and replaced with a formal, one-shouldered gown for the finale.

Scott told Style.com the performance was an exciting opportunity to showcase his designs on such a huge scale.

“The audience is so vast, it’s so much more outside our nuanced world of high-fashion lovers,” he said.
