The fashion world was shocked to learn that the man who catapulted Saint Laurent back to life, Hedi Slimane, was leaving the helm of the french fashion house. Rumours of Slimane’s departure began in January with his final show for the brand, held at the newly renovated Saint Laurent Couture House in Paris, which paid homage to the fashion house’s iconic roots.
