Not only has Emily Ratajkowski gone and tied the knot on the down low, she’s done it in a $270 Zara suit.
Emily Ratajkowski has followed in the footsteps of I Feel Pretty co-star Amy Schumer, by announcing a surprise wedding on Friday. The The 26-year-old actress posted a picture to Instagram with the news, saying: “So I have a surprise. I got married today.”
The model wed boyfriend Sebastian Bear-McClad, an actor-producer who recently starred with Robert Pattinson in the critically acclaimed film Good Times.
Formerly engaged to long-term artist and fiancé, Jeff Majid, Ratajkowski has only been linked to Bear-McClad since December 2017 when she was spotted with him at a basketball game in New York.
In the Instagram story that shared the surprising news, Ratajkowski is seen eschewing the traditional white bridal dress opting for a mustard Zara suit instead comprising of a tailored jacket and flared trousers. The suit retails for a total of $200 USD (approximately $274 NZD) at Zara.
Channelling seventies icon Bianca Jagger, Ratajkowksi accessorised with a black felt hat and black birdcage veil. Her new husband wore a pale blue suit for the nuptials.
The impromptu ceremony took place at a courthouse in New York City, with The Fat Jew as one of the guests.
