Parisienne Apple Fizz

The perfect (and most fashionable) drink for the season?

The Parisienne Apple Fizz, of course! Using the official snack of New Zealand Fashion Week – the Jazz Apple – we juiced away using the Braun juicer so kindly provided to us by Andrea Moore.

We teamed up with our City Works Depot neighbours Odettes Eatery to concoct this delicious springtime cocktail. And with daylight saving on the way, this will be a refreshing way to kickstart the warmer months!

Here’s what you need to make it at home:

30ml Jazz Apple Juice
30ml 1:1 Sugar Syrup
30ml Lime Juice
30ml London Dry Gin
15ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 egg white

For garnish:
Cinnamon quill
Jazz apple slices
Nasturtium leaves and edible wild flowers

How to make it:
