First came the SiliSponge, then there was the gladwrapped Beautyblender and now we have condoms, people. Yep, condoms for makeup.
Instead of applying foundation with a Beautyblender – you know, because it’s designed to absorb excess product and blend for a flawless base – vloggers have begun wrapping their makeup sponges in condoms.
The idea, we’ve realised, is that less product goes to waste. But they know they’re still putting a condom on their face, right!?
Despite the trend gaining traction on Instagram and YouTube, we’re pleased to say that we’re not alone in our confusion or our judgement…
