Our favourite luxury labels are all now just a click away.
We couldn’t be more excited over news of the launch of 24 Sèvres – a shopping website by LVMH that stocks some of the world’s most exclusive fashion brands.
The move by LVHM – the luxury goods company which owns a plethora of brands, including Louis Vuitton, Dior, Givenchy and Fendi – means other prestigious labels like Céline, who don’t have a web presence, will now be able to offer online shopping.
The website already carries over 150 high-end designer brands including Prada, Gucci and Maison Margiela and functions as an extension of Le Bon Marché, the Parisian luxury store offering a curated selection of designer labels.
If that wasn’t enough to get fans of luxury excited, the global site has released a 77-piece limited edition capsule collection created by 68 local and international names to celebrate the launch.
The collection features Chloé, Miu Miu, Fendi, Givenchy and Proenza Schouler – among others – working in collaboration with artists to create a singular piece that offers a uniquely Parisian take.
Highlights include a Jil Sander sweatshirt made in collaboration with the illustrator Guillaume Le Roux; a Loewe Hammock bag created with graphic design duo M/M Paris; a Proenza Schouler bag created with the Keith Haring Foundation; and a Kenzo sweatshirt that features a photograph of the model Iman, shot by Hans Feurer.
LVHM CEO Bernard Arnault released a statement saying 24 Sèvres aims to offer a sophisticated shopping experience for its fashion-forward clientele.
“With the launch of 24 Sèvres, we are offering them a truly differentiated online experience built on our unique expertise at Le Bon Marché in Paris. Shopping at Le Bon Marché is a special and unmissable experience for both local and international clienteles.
“With 24 Sèvres, our clients can now enjoy this unique feeling every day and night, worldwide.”
