The presenter/model has just unveiled her new range.
Style icon Alexa Chung launched her debut collection in London this week with a runway show capturing her signature style to perfection.
The fashion line is a breakout for Chung, who has previously collaborated with British labels Marks & Spencer, Rag & Bone and Mulberry.
The show, held at the Danish Church of St Katherine, featured a stunning array of designs with standout pieces including a multi-tiered floral garden dress, a must-have trench, a candy-striped suit worn by Kiwi model Lili Sumner, and a to-die-for silver sequinned maxi dress.
Naturally, the front row featured more than a few of Chung’s fashion friends but Pixie Geldof, Daisy Lowe, Amber Anderson and Ella Richards – the 19-year-old granddaughter of Rolling Stone Keith – were spotted among the crowd.
Chung herself walked the runway at the show’s close in a stunning calf-length semi-sheer green lurex dress. We love that she added her own twist to the design by pairing with black suede star loafers.
If you’re after more of a preview, check out the video above. Chung has teamed up with the The Streets’ Mike Skinner to appear in his new music clip entitled ‘In My Head’. The video was shot on location at Lismore Castle, and features Chung wearing pieces from her new collection throughout.
The new range is available to buy now at alexachung.com and mytheresa.com, although we should warn you to not expect a budget buy. It would seem Chung and her business team have made a deliberate decision to advertise the label as a fashion house, rather than high street fashion.
While some have hit out against the label’s pricing, overall the new line appears to be a hit, with some items already sold-out.
