A new Twenty Seven Names store has opened in Auckland.

Twenty-Seven-Names

After a whirlwind few days setting up, Wellington-based label Twenty Seven Names has today opened a brand-spanking new store among the likes of World, Juliette Hogan and Zambesi on Auckland’s Ponsonby Road.

Co-designer Anjali Stewart, who started the label in 2006 with childhood friend Rachel Easting, said they wanted their own Auckland presence after opening their flagship store on Vivian Street in Wellington last year.

“It’s been a long time coming for us,” Stewart said. “We just jumped on this little opportunity for this Auckland store because we don’t have our own hub here.”

Sitting next to the World Beauty Store at 177 Ponsonby Road, the new shop channels the same aesthetic as their flagship and houses the I’m Lost collection, which showed at New Zealand Fashion Week last year.
