Try this refreshing jam cocktail by French mixologist Damien Barte of Napier’s wine, cocktail and craft beer bar Monica Loves.
Not only is this one delicious and easy to make, it is the perfectly festive addition to a Kiwi Christmas by the beach.
- 45 ml kraken spiced rum
- 1 tsp strawberry jam
- 60 ml guava juice
- dash lime juice
- dash bitters
- ice cube
1. Put all ingredients into a shaker.
2. Shake vigorously then strain into a short glass with ice.
