The 19-year-old beauty empress has splashed out on a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom Hidden Hills, California property which is right next door to her $8.6 million digs she bought in May.
According to TMZ she plans on using the pad as a work space for her ever expanding cosmetics line, Kylie Cosmetics, and as a place for her friends to stay.
