Makeup masters Kabuki, James Kaliardos and Diane Kendal have long been creating makeup looks backstage for fashion weeks around the world, and now they’re teaming up with MAC to design a 50 product strong colour collection, launching January 2017!
These makeup artists are legendary in the world of fashion and beauty, keying the beauty looks for runway shows, visual campaigns and providing invaluable product feedback – because they know firsthand how integral using the right tools really is.
The MAC Make-up Art Cosmetics collection will launch early next year and reflect the signature styles of all three artists.
“MAC gave me complete freedom with this collection and turned my wish list into reality,” says Kabuki of the extensive range of products for eyes, lips and face.
Of his contributions, James Kaliardos says, “I drew inspiration from their archive of colours that I’ve loved and used over the years. I want every woman using my products to feel beautiful and confident by being able to perfect her look in an easy to use way.”
For Diane Kendal, whose kit is “always fully stocked with MAC”, the collaboration was a natural fit. She believes the distinct styles of all three artists will “complement and showcase the collection to its fullest.”
