A red nail is what Revlon is famous for thanks to Charles Revson. He taught women the power of a matching blood red lip and nail.
But at London Fashion Week’s Whistles SS14 Show, there was no matching, just the Revlon red nail at it’s best. Revlon UK Nail Ambassador, Jenny Longworth bought a little bit of history – with a modern twist back to the runway. “It’s a grown up nail, with a 90s feel. The colour is true red, (the classic Revlon Red Nail Enamel, $16.50), which stands out against the paired back beauty of the makeup,” says Longworth.
And there is no doubt the models skin was flawless, but that bare-looking face is only made more perfect by Revlon’s new Nearly Naked Make Up, $31.95, over the top of our fave PhotoReady Skinlights in Bare Light, $36.95 – both are in store now.
