Beauty industry insider Rebecca Brent reveals her beauty icon, influences, can’t-live-without products and top tricks…
REBECCA BRENT
Hairdresser at Willis York
Beauty is all around us; you just have to be open to it. I believe true beauty really does come from within. I was warned that by the age of 40 you will have the face of your soul. I freaked out that I would get a down mouth so I always try to smile and not to stress too much. I think now I have the best smile creases around my eyes and mouth. A face needs to be interesting; if it’s too perfect and flawless, it’s a little bit bland, don’t you think? Beauty is also about having balance in your life. Try to balance your life the best you can and just watch what happens to your face – the frown lines simply melt away!
MY BEAUTY ICON
I am a big fan of natural beauty. I currently have a crush on Poppy Delevingne – she always looks flawless.
