Recipe: Lemon Gelato
Ingredients:
1 Cup full-fat milk
½ Heavy Cream
⅓ Cup white sugar
2 Tablespoons coconut cream
2 Tablespoons Lemon Curd
Method:
1. Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend until everything is fully combined
2. Pour mixture into the Ninja™ CREAMi™ pint container
3. Freeze on a level surface for 24 hours. Freeze with lid off the container
4. After 24 hours, remove the pint from the freezer. Remove the lid
5. Place the container into the Ninja™ CREAMi™ and then process on “Gelato.”
6. If required add a splash of milk and re-spin to make it a more scoopable consistency.
