Known for their bespoke floral installations and bouquets, Auckland-based florist Wildly Madly Deeply is the first place to turn when planning an event. And now, servicing the region with florist-to-door deliveries and a new online store, they’re your gift giving go-to as well.

Wildly Madly Deeply is a floral design studio based in Auckland, New Zealand, that is quickly gaining a reputation as an esteemed go-to for all your event and gift-giving needs. Operated by a mother and daughter duo – Debby and Abby Quinn – Wildly Madly Deeply has added flower bouquet deliveries to their offering. Debby takes the lead on the floral artistry and creative, while Abby keeps the business running smoothly with her marketing and operational nous.
“We are lucky in that we are a part of a very close-knit family that have had very minimal conflict in the past so we find it a dream,” says Abby. “We complement each other in our strengths and weaknesses perfectly, we think.”

For weddings and events, Wildly Madly Deeply offers a complete service, providing not only stunning floral arrangements but also planning, styling, and coordination. “There is a lot of pre thought that is put into each and every design that we produce,” says Abby Quinn. “The start usually begins from our clients’ mood board which more often than not starts from a wide variety of different images. Our job is to then bring it together and pick out the sweet spot for the overall design.”
“Our advice is always to have that one absolute fave inspo image or design that you are pulling from. From that image we will pull inspiration to bring your dreams to life,” she adds.

More recently, Fashion Quarterly partnered with Wildly Madly Deeply for the FQ x OPPO Runway event at QT Auckland. The runway, which was lined with stunning lilac and mauve arrangements, was brought to life with cascading assortments of gypsophila, limonium, lisianthus, delphiniums.
“Given the QT venue being edgy and the nature of a runway to also be edgy we wanted to incorporate that desired garden party theme but add a bit of flair to it,” says Abby.
“Our interpretation was garden party meets the city, offering a soft touch that florals give but using ‘artsy’ floral choices to create height and structure at each install.”
When looking ahead to incoming floral trends, Wildly Madly Deeply are expecting pastels to make a return. “With softer lemons and softer blues coming through again this will look to drive the pastel colours back through. The use of cottage flowers through summer is always popular and matches the pastel tones well.”
For gift-giving, Wildly Madly Deeply is striving to make the process as easy as possible. They offer a few carefully curated bouquet options, and their talented florists take care of the rest, designing stunning arrangements using only in-season flowers.
“Due to flower supply not being extremely reliable we can never guarantee a specific type of flower but with Deb’s knowledge she has many ways of creating your design from lots of different varieties of florals,” says Abby.
