1. I’m spritzing… Salt by Ellis Brooklyn.
Spring has only just arrived and I’m already daydreaming about balmy summer days spent lolling around in the sun thanks to my new go-to scent, Salt by Ellis Brooklyn. The evocative scent is like a tropical island getaway in a bottle — plus, Bee Shapiro – the founder of Ellis Brooklyn – launched her fragrance brand when she was pregnant and made sure all her formulations are from questionable ingredients, therefore I don’t feel guilty wearing it around my son.
2. I’m wearing…Caitlin Crisp’s now sold-out Flowerbomb print
Spring is a rather dangerous season for me where hitting ‘add to cart’ is concerned. While I’ve got a penchant for floral prints and colours regardless of the season, I’m naturally tempted by all the profusion of blooming prints peppered through spring/summer collections. I was lucky enough to snap up one of Caitlin Crisp’s Forever & Always dresses in the stunning Flowerbomb print and I know I’ll be living in it once the weather warms up.
3. I’m listening to… I Don’t Live Here Anymore by The War on Drugs
The album isn’t exactly new but it wasn’t on my radar when it launched in October of last year; at the time my playlist was dominated by newborn-soothing white noise!
4. I’m attempting to read… a stack of books currently on my beside table.
Despite setting myself a lofty goal of reading a book a week in 2022, I’m doing rather abysmally. This spring I’m hoping to get through Lapvona by Ottessa Moshfegh and Isaac and the Egg by Bobby Palmer.
5. I’m currently watching…Apple TV+’s Bad Sisters.
Aisling Bea’s This Way Up had me in stitches, and have it on good authority that Bad Sisters is in the same vein. I’m only one episode in but so far so good.

1. I’m coveting… the Remmy dress, from Paris Georgia.
I probably sound like a broken record but I can’t get enough of colour – and this season I’ve got my heart set on the bright blue Remmy dress from Paris Georgia. It’s sold out – but word on the street is a restock is on its way!
2. I’m watching… This Is Going to Hurt, TVNZ OnDemand.
Anything based on a bestselling book is proof enough to me that it’s going to be a good watch, and this is no different. Based on the bestselling memoir of junior doctor Adam Kay it details the craziness of working 100 hour weeks in one of London’s busiest hospitals. It’s got drama, suspense, life, death, and is peppered with that perfect dose of dry British wit.
3. I’m currently listening to… How to Fail by Elizabeth Day.
If you’ve never heard of it, writer Elizabeth Day asks her guests (think Lily Allen, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Gloria Steinem) the three big ways in which they think they’ve failed in their life. I absolutely adored one of her latest episodes which was with British Vogue’s editor Edward Enninful.
4. I’m currently reading… Boy Swallows Universe
Admittedly, I’m finding it hard to get time to read but I’m (still!) half way through this…
5. I’m using… Kiehl’s Retinol Fast Release Wrinkle Reducing Night Serum.
When it comes to my nighttime routine I can be a little lazy. Slathering products on my skin seems like an arduous task right before bed. But recently I’ve added this product to my repertoire, and I must admit, my skin is glowing.

I can’t wait to add a pop of colour to my growing silk collection for Spring.
2. I’m currently reading… It Ends with Us
If you’re looking for something to get you back into reading – I highly recommend this as your gateway. I literally couldn’t put it down and devoured it in one sitting. I’m looking forward to the sequel release at the end of October – It Starts with Us. Just in time for Summer!
3. My happy hour fix… Cosmopolita at Lilian.
Vodka, apple, elderflower, chilli and finished with basil oil – divine.
4. On my wishlist… Baccarat Rouge 540 by Maison Francis Kurkdjian.
I’ll admit I’m that person that every time I shop at Mecca, I’ll ensure I generously spritz myself in Baccarat Rouge before my departure. It’s been a love affair for so many years – I think this is the month I finally commit.
5. I’m currently watching…
I’m about to start Partner Track on Netflix. I’ve heard it’s similar to Emily in Paris which is exactly what I need right now.
