50ml X by Glenmorangie
50ml passionfruit soda

Method
Fill highball glass with crushed ice.

20ml fresh lemon juice
40ml elderflower cordial
40ml apple juice
60ml sparkling water

Method

50ml Scapegrace Uncommon “Central Otago Early Harvest” gin
150ml East Imperial Ginger Beer
Fresh mint & green apple (for garnish)
Method
Add all ingredients to a chilled highball class.
