Alluring accoutrements, nourishing skincare and new sartorial additions take centre stage this week in this week’s wrap up.

1. Boot it

Get your kicks this autumn in R.M. Williams’ latest collection, ‘From the Boot Up’. Serving as a stylish tribute to the staying power of its iconic leather boots, the collection makes a compelling case for having a stalwart pair of the style in your everyday repertoire. Positioned amongst a range of mens and womens ready-to-wear, the brand’s seasonal boot offering includes a mixture of new and returning silhouettes to appeal to all shoe lovers. Alongside steadfast styles like the Moriarty and Rosebery boot, a new line of core pieces is set to arrive with quality cotton basics relaxed fleece layers and denim jeans forming the foundation for the collection. Designed with effortless styling and versatility in mind, each piece would make a timeless addition to your wardrobe for years to come.

‘From the Boot Up’ will be available in stores and online from April 15th.

2. In the stars

Inviting you to indulge your celestial side in an opulent way is Partridge Jewellers, who released their new Zodiac collection on March 21st to align with the beginning of the astrological calendar. Handcrafted by Partridge’s team of master jewellers, the collection features twelve 18-carat gold pendants to align with each of the twelve signs. Hanging from a delicate paperclip chain, each necklace has a medallion which features the respective signs’ star constellation in white diamonds on one side and their astrological symbol engraved on the other. Equally striking when worn alone or layered with other necklaces, these pendants make thoughtful gifts for loved ones or tokens of self-love for yourself.

3. Best face forward

With the changing seasons, our skin could certainly use a little extra care and attention right now. Enter Aspect DR’s Cryo-Energising Mask, a cream-based product specifically formulated to revive dull, stressed and fatigued skin. Like the name suggests, this mask is inspired by the science behind cryotherapy, delivering a cooling and uplifting feeling as it hydrates and detoxifies the skin. Crafted with a blend of clinically-proven ingredients including New Zealand Glacial Clay, Snow Mushroom, and a bio-mineral complex, it’ll brighten and restore your skin barrier, leaving you with a smooth, dewy glow that you won’t be able to get enough of. We can confirm it’s been an absolute saviour post-deadline.

Available through skincare clinics nationally from March 25th and online at aspectskin.com

4. Less is more

First launching in 2017, local brand Ellis Label has been championing timeless, slow fashion, one chic garment at a time. While typically focused on their permanent collection rather than operating under a traditional seasonal model, their latest lookbook features an irresistible line up of styles for the discerning minimalist. Though relying on a mostly neutral palette of black, white and camel, pops of mint blue, red, and blue plaid make their presence known throughout the collection — inviting you to experiment with dopamine dressing. Like everything from the brand, style silhouettes are simple yet elevated, designed to be styled with ease and last forever in your wardrobe. Mindfully made by a small team of makers in Auckland’s Waitakere region, you know you’re guaranteed quality when you invest in a piece from the label.

Garments  are now available to order up to size 24. View the full range online at ellislabel.com

5. Centre of attention

Local luxury jewellery house Naveya & Sloane has long been a go-to destination for couples looking to celebrate their unity with a unique engagement ring or wedding band. This month, the Auckland-based jeweller is adding onto its exquisite signature wedding range with their latest collection, ‘Belenos’. Aptly translating to ‘bright one’ or ‘shining one’, the Belenos Collection lays its focus on the hero stone, with each piece in the collection featuring a highly polished bezel setting. A modern take on the classic solitaire, this chic rub-over setting encases the central stone, protecting it from damage and further magnifying its beauty. With six cuts on offer to cater to every preference — each of which are customisable with different metals and gemstones — you can be sure you’re getting your lover something they’ll truly love and cherish forever.
