We’re bringing the autumn vibes this week with new sartorial drops from Camilla & Marc, Marle and Scarpa; the latest skincare saviour from Dermalogica; and Le Creuset’s delicious new range.

1. Wine not?

Give your next dinner party a dose of glamour with Rhône, the newest colour range from Le Creuset. Inspired by the lush wine-making region of the Côtes du Rhône in France, the collection debuts a rich plum hue that looks good enough to eat. Designed to add warmth and richness to any tablescape, Rhône flawlessly complements the brand’s existing colourways, meaning you can mix and match ’til your heart’s content. Available in Le Creuset’s full kitchenware range, it’s the perfect set to invest in for all your upcoming seasonal soirées.

2. Like a phoenix

Camilla & Marc have long been Australia’s authority on tailoring, and for their latest collection ‘Ascension’, they’ve delivered yet again. Inspired by the architectural intricacies of monastic staircases, the collection places it focus on the idea of growth and rising. True to the brand’s roots, structural and angular lines take centre stage in many of the collection’s silhouettes with feminine touches seen throughout. “The focus of the collection lies on the strength of a simple and minimal aesthetic that speaks to uncompromising quality,” says co-founder Camilla Freeman-Topper. “We started with this idea of rising up, the feeling that comes when coming out of a state of tension, always before growth. I wanted to honour that journey through the strength in the silhouette; classic strong clean lines meet with a sense of relaxed androgyny to showcase a woman in all her power.”

3. Ciao, darling

If you’ve been looking for the perfect pair of loafers to step into the new season with, then set your sights on Scarpa’s latest collection, ‘Time Revived’. Designed with a quiet luxury feel in mind, the collection draws specific inspiration from the streets of Milan — a city which has long been associated with high fashion, innovation, and design. Understated yet polished, you’ll find everything from sling back heels to loafers and high knee boots among the range. Our reigning favourite from the collection? The Roma flat — a chic bow adorned flat which offers endless styling possibilities.

The first drop arrives in store and online in late March.

4. Simply spotless

As summer reaches an end here in Aotearoa, many of us have been spending a fair bit of time in the sun. Anyone who’s experienced hyperpigmentation knows what a hassle it can be to treat, but thanks to Dermalogica’s new PowerBright Dark Spot Peel, it no longer needs to be. Designed to be used in conjunction with the brand’s best-selling PowerBright Dark Spot Serum, the new peel visibly lifts surface hyperpigmentation, including UV-induced dark spots, post-blemish marks, and melasma. With a skin-loving formula containing a 12% AHA + PHA blend and algae-derived Omega-3 blend, it simultaneously acts on hyperpigmentation while helping to restore the skin’s barrier.

Find it at authorised Dermalogica stockists and online at dermalogica.co.nz from March 1st.

5. Down to earth

Offering a seamless sartorial shift into the cooler months, Marle’s first collection of the year is minimalist’s dream. Launching in three separate drops, drop one features an abundance of tactile layers to build up your winter wardrobe, including lightweight trenches, knitted essentials and woolly scarves. Grounded in a palette of earthy hues, brand lovers can expect recuts of beloved styles like the Leo vest, Coco pant, and Maye jumper over the coming months. “Good design is about creating pieces people want to wear over and over again,” says Marle founder, Juliet Souter. “Wearable pieces that are not attached to a season. It’s about combining simplicity with everyday luxury.”
