1. Shady business
With Spring’s wild winds still in circulation, it might not feel like hat weather just yet but now is the time to start stocking up on your sun care essentials for the summer ahead. On the top of our list is Australian brand Jace Banu, whose line of effortlessly chic straw sun hats transport us right to the heart of the Italian Riviera. Handwoven by a small team of artisans in Ecuador using age-old weaving techniques, their styles feature contemporary patterns and colours on timeless silhouettes. Though we’d gladly wear any of their covetable pieces, the Amira bucket hat will definitely be securing a spot in our rotations this season.

3. Hydration situation
We’ve long been fans of local beauty brand RAAIE, and this week they’ve delighted us yet again by adding a new product to their range – Cocoon Ceramide Cream. Featuring a potent blend of high-tech ingredients and New Zealand botanicals, the ceramide-rich formula is designed to hydrate and soothe the skin while strengthening its natural barrier. Boasting a lush list of ingredients including fermented minerals and chebula, as well as familiar favourites like hyaluronic acid, Antarctic marine algae, and premium-grade Mānuka honey MGO850+, this luxuriously whipped cream formula can be applied day or night as the last step in your skincare routine (or just before your SPF).

4. On form
Finding the perfect underwear is never easy – in fact sometimes it’s downright difficult and even exhausting – but thankfully there’s a new lingerie brand on the market that has it all figured out. Hailing from the creative minds of co- founders Anja Bucher and Lu Blade-Bittle, OHEN is the latest label to grace the local lingerie industry with their collection of design-driven styles that place equal importance on comfort and aesthetics. Created as an evergreen range which will build upon itself over time, OHEN has launched this week with four core bra and brief styles that draw design inspiration from ’90s minimalism and ’80s Vogue editorials. Cut from mindfully sourced lace and Lenzing modal, they’re sustainable, they’re chic, and they’re going straight in our carts.
