Each week the Fashion Quarterly team rounds up what to read, buy, see, shop, eat and drink.

1. General Sleep launches 'Sissy'

With comfort at the forefront of our minds as we spend our days inside, General Sleep’s latest collection, ‘Sissy’, could not have launched at a more opportune time.

The new collection features versatile organic cotton pieces intended for seamless incorporation into your everyday wardrobe.

Calming and nature-inspired tones foster a sense of solace that we are so readily seeking, including the return of a vibrant citrus gingham check and a new khaki stripe.

The much-anticipated collection from Juliette Hogan is here, delivering a fresh perspective on everyday luxury that the brand is known and loved for.

Featuring elevated wardrobe basics to flowing silhouettes and impeccable draping, an injection of new signature florals and polka prints embody a subtle and freeing 70s vibe.

The collection’s stand-out piece is the ‘Halo’ dress in a raspberry floral, featuring floaty tiers and an elegant high-cut neckline.

3. A caffeine-infused eye cream by Tailor Skincare

Awaken your senses—and eyes—with an indulgent new caffeine-infused eye cream by Tailor Skincare.

A powerful combination of caffeine extract, hyaluronic acid, and milk thistle ester are put to work to deliver glow and lasting hydration to the eye area.

Helping to counteract the presence of dark circles and puffiness—a pain point for many—the product’s unique applicator features a ceramic tip to soothe, cool, and depuff the delicate under-eye skin.

The origami-inspired forms are enveloped by sweet shades like lilac, peony, grassy green, and ink.

5. 'Little Reminders' by Rachel Mataira & Ruby Alice Rose

A lockdown-inspired collaboration between loved Aotearoa creatives Rachel Mataira and Ruby Alice Rose, the former’s photography and the latter’s photography are combined to inspire our state of mind in a challenging time.

The first iteration of the collaboration forms a reminder to “check in on those you love and know that we will all be reunited again soon”.
