Each week the Fashion Quarterly team rounds up what to read, buy, see, shop, eat and drink.

1. Deadly Ponies' 'Croc' Capsule

Part II of Deadly Ponies’ SS21 collection is being released in a series of mini capsules, the first a select edition of handbags in croc-embossed leather.

Hand-painted and texturised in Italy, the handbags are available in a regal amethyst gradient or glossy midnight black.

Pre-order the capsule at deadlyponies.com

2. bareMinerals Organic Liquid Mineral Foundation

Inspired by bareMinerals’ iconic Loose Mineral Foundation, the beauty brand’s new liquid iteration is finally here, formulated to improve skin texture, moisturise, and reduce redness and pore visibility.

Delivering a creamy texture and a luminous ‘no makeup’ finish, the vegan foundation is available in 30 shades to flatter a variety of skin tones.

Shop the Original Liquid Mineral Foundation SPF 20 at select MECCA stores and online at www.meccabeauty.co.nz

3. Muse by Silk & Steel

Silk & Steel’s latest jewellery collection, Muse, is inspired by the supermodels of the 90s and speaks to the hedonism of everyday costume dressing.

Featuring pearls, chunky metal chains, and a combination of the two, Muse cleverly juxtaposes the traditional with contemporary for an effortlessly wearable look and feel.

Shop the collection from Monday 13 September at silkandsteel.co.nz

4. La Roche-Posay's Effaclar Serum

A leader in sensitive skincare, La Roche-Posay, has launched the latest innovation in its effaclar anti-acne skincare solutions range, the Effaclar Serum.

Many individuals in their late 20s, 30s, and 40s are still prone to breakouts and acne-prone skin, which is why La Roche-Posay is committed to skincare that targets breakouts while combating dehydration and improving skin texture.

The Effaclar Serum is formulated with three peeling acids, LHA, salicylic acid, and glycolic acid. When trialled by 51 acne-prone subjects every day for 28 days, the serum demonstrated a reduction in blackheads by 50%, acne marks and scars by 49%, and pimples by 45%.

Shop the Effaclar Serum at Chemist Warehouse, select independent, Life and Unichem Pharmacies, and TheMarket.co.nz
