5 Things We Loved This Week

1. Summer sojourn

Dreaming of your next sojourn overseas for a slice of Euro summer? We’ve got the accessories for you. Since its initial launch back in 2020 at Prada’s Spring/Summer show, the Raffia Tote has gone on to become a highly coveted and enduring ‘it girl’ style for the fashion house. Their latest release ushers in the classic Raffia Tote and the Small Raffia Tote in aqua, black and natural colourways. Those who are after a little matching ensemble can also opt for the Raffia Bucket Hat – undoubtedly the perfect companion for any white dress. With an Aperol spritz in one hand and a Raffia Toe in the other, you’ll be set for some luxurious wanderlust.

2. Bright eyed and bushy tailed

Brows in need of a little TLC? Not to worry. We’re indulging in a bit of beauty-centric self-care this week with RevitaBrow Advanced Eyebrow Conditioner. Formulated by world renowned RevitaLash, RevitaBrow is a physician-developed serum that helps to condition and provide a much-needed boost to overplucked, lacklustre brows. Those who have tried RevitaLash know what a game changer it was for growing your eyelashes, and RevitaBrow is no different. But what’s the secret? A scientifically-advanced formula called BioPeptin Complex. Containing a blend of brow-loving ingredients like lipids, biotin, and green tea extract, not only does RevitaBrow nourish and strengthen the hairs, but it also helps with flexibility and shine to give you those full-bodied beauties you’ve always dreamed of.

3. Purple fever

Fragrance lovers, this one’s for you! Adding on to Versace’s existing line of Dylan perfumes comes Dylan Purple, the newest female fragrance for the brand. Fusing ancient with modern, Dylan Purple comes in an elegantly curved bottle that resembles an amphora (or classic Greek vase) in true Versace fashion. The fragrance itself is delightfully fresh and fruity, with initial notes of bitter orange, pear and bergamot when it is first sprayed. Once settled into the skin, floral and woody notes such as purple freesia and Virginia cedarwood come to the surface. For an everyday scent that is just as suitable for the office as it is for date night, this is one we’ll be reaching for often.

4. Core essentials

Known for their dedicated efforts towards stylish sustainability, drop one of Kowtow’s new collection P2 delivers an assortment of timeless staples fit for all your autumn layering needs. Aspiring to achieve plastic-free production by the end of 2023, many of this collection’s key pieces highlight this endeavour. The Quilted Jacket is perhaps our favourite example, made out of 100% certified Fair Trade organic cotton padding and featuring bow ties instead of buttons to close up the front. Fans of the brand’s knitwear can also rest easy – cosy essentials like wraparound cardigans and vests are amongst the offerings. We know where we’ll be getting our seasonal staples this autumn.
