MOSCOT, the brand which grew from a pushcart in Manhattan’s Lower East Side in 1899, still has a hold on the unmistakably refined, downtown aesthetic that has made them so popular more than a century later. Fast-forward to today and their Spring ‘23 collection offers a fresh lens on classic vintage styles with modern construction. Introducing five new styles, from round, thick and chunky to the elegant details seen in their reinvented “eyebrow” frame design, there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re a creative looking for a means of self-expression or an urbanite prepared to branch out, MOSCOT’s range of eyewear pairs function and form in equal measure.

This collection is now available online at moscot.com and in-stores at stockists nationwide.

Antipodes Lime Caviar Collagen-Rich Firming Cream 60ml, $59.

3. Full circle

There are a few reasons why Antipodes®’ new Lime Caviar Collagen-Rich Firming Cream has slipped into the FQ’s water-cooler chat this week.

For starters, it promises exceptional results as far as preventative ageing goes, and secondly, because it delivers on some pretty hefty sustainability claims. The formulation is 100% natural-origin, certified by BioGro Organic, and the brand’s first release to feature 100% plastic-free packaging – resulting in a circular model of production, consumption, and waste management.

In short: Come for the high-performance organic ingredients and stay for the 100% plastic-free packaging (including a kerbside-recyclable aluminium lid). Antipodes®’ new Lime Caviar Collagen-Rich Firming Cream produces a 65% collagen production boost, plus, it smooths wrinkles and plumps skin for a healthy, youthful glow. And with our next magazine deadline looming, this little beauty couldn’t have come at a better time.

Available from antipodesnature.com and stockists nationwide.

Fazeek pink + amber plunger, $189.
Fazeek Four Teaspoons, $55.

4. Flying first glass

If you’re ready to cast minimalism aside and enter your colourful era, may we introduce you to FAZEEK, the Australian brand who has recently released a limited collection of two tone teapots and coffee plungers. Their coveted wavy glassware, pearl platters, and vice versa carafes have been cited on the tablescapes of stylish influencers and even the shelves of a few local stockists for the past few years. The Melbourne-based homewares brand believes life’s too short to be boring – and we’d have to agree. So, if you’re looking to spice up your morning rituals, their teapots, coffee plungers and colourful teaspoons are just the ticket. As for us, we have our eyes on their highly-sculptural clear + amber balance vase. So chic!

These exclusive pieces are  limited, and only available online at fazeek.com.au

5. Afternoon delight

Our mind is on our next macchiato, and our macchiato is inspired by Milan. Much like the elegant city in which it is based, the Milano Intenso coffee by Nespresso is, simply put, an art form. Launched as part of Nespresso’s Ispirazione Italiana range, which transports you to the cobblestone-lined streets of Italy’s distinct coffee regions, the Milano Intenso is rich and vibrant, possessing notes of cocoa, cereal, and just a shimmer of spice. Appealing to a broad audience, Milano Intenso can be prepared and enjoyed multiple ways. Do as the Milanese do and add a touch of frothed milk or cream over the espresso to soften bitterness or enjoy pronto as an espresso.
