STAY

Paris has always been my home and I feel a special connection to it, no matter where I go. When I was living in LA, I’d make sure to stay at Hôtel Grands Boulevards when I visited, to get a real taste of the city’s unique charm. Now I’m back living in the 7th arrondissement, near where I grew up, it’s nice to feel that sense of familiarity and see old friends around town. There’s just something about Paris that keeps me coming back.

SUP

My go-to restaurant is Jaïs, a cosy neighbourhood bistro mostly frequented by locals that serves elegant French classics. For a 4pm snack, I love Une Glace à Paris ice-cream parlour in Marais — it has classic and sophisticated flavours and ice-cream pastries like works of art. To start an evening with apéritif, I suggest tiny sanctuary Septime La Cave. And last but not least, Cravan! This is a really cool spot with refined cocktails and small plates.

SHOP

If you’re looking for awesome shopping, you can’t go wrong with St Germain. We love the area so much that we decided to open up our first European store there. I recently discovered an amazing jewellery designer named Amélie Viaene, who has a studio there. She really knows her craft and I ended up treating myself to an amazing double-finger ring that I’m totally in love with. Amélie’s store is so cosy and welcoming that it feels like you’re just hanging out with a friend — it’s such a good time.
